With the secure GoToAssist connection, a Managed Design application engineer can view your screen to help you quickly and successfully reach your goal. There is no need to register, install or configure any software.

Ticketing System

Managed Design’s ticketing system will help streamline your overall experience. This easy-to-use customer portal allows you to log in, open, view and modify tickets. Automated email alerts will keep you up-to-date on the ticket progress, greatly reducing response time. In your account you can update account information, view, open and close tickets, and search support articles.
